    Default ATM Failed Transaction Not Credited In My Account

    Sir ,
    My Name is Shakeel Mohammad Khan, And My Mobile No is 09911300041
    My ACCOUNT WITH Bank OF India ,Ansari Road,daryaganj Branch.
    ON 8-jun-2009 I Am Withdraw 2500 Rs FROM Canara Bank Atm,but I Dont Know Why Atm Machine Cant Process My TRANSACTION AND I Dont Get My Money,but Rs 2500 IS Debit FROM My ACCOUNT,FOR This I Already Give A Complaint TO Boi Daryaganj Branch ,FROM There( Bank OF India Daryaganj Branch) I Got A REF NO OF My Complaint Which IS (110609 DATA-850). AND He Told Me He Also Send Mail ON 11-jun-2009.
    But There IS NO Responce FROM Bank ,i Talk Mumbai HO FOR This But Mr.Devidas Raghunath Dhambhare (Contact Person) Told Me "THERE IS TOO MUCH PENDENCY HERE NOT NOW WE ARE ABLE TO DO ANY THING FOR YOU" AND He Also NOT Able TO Give THE Status OF My Complaint.
    I Already Book Complaint Online From Bank OF India Web Site ,From There I Got REF NO 924439
    This Is Approx Two Months BEFORE My TRANSACTION IS Failed But Till Date I Dont Know What IS The Status. and i dont get my money back.
    So
    I Request You TO Please Follow My Complaint

    Dear Mr. Khan,
    Pls. send a complaint letter to the Head office of your Bank and give them a time frame of Min. 20 days to reverse the deducted amount, also with interest. In case of no help from Bank's side, forward your complaint to Banking Ombudsman with copy of that letter, which you have sent to head office of the Bank. Banking Ombudsman's address is:

    Respected Sir,

    I Anil babu Porika a customer of Canara bank with saving account no: 4874, customer ID: 8893 and ATM-cum-Debit card no: 4214 5825 8001 0883.
    I used my Canara bank ATM-cum-Debit card to withdraw an amount of Rs: 5000/-(Five thousand only) from SBI ATM centre, Bank code: 02155, IAT, Girinagar, Pune on 4th April 2009 at 11.11am. The transaction is failed and I have not received the amount and the slip also and the same amount is deducted from my account. I have given a complaint to Canara Bank branch manager where I maintain the account on the same day. At that time he said that the mater will be settled after 45 days. But till date I have not received the amount. The same complaint has been forwarded on 10.06.2009 to Canara bank Head Office, Bangalore, Circle Office, Canara Bank, Pune and also to SBI, Head Office, Mumbai through e-mail and by post also. Now 5 months over, the Canara Bank branch manager is not responding on my problem and saying that the SBI is not returning the amount.
    Hence, I am requesting you that kindly take necessary action in this mater as early as possible and solve the problem, otherwise give me suggestion to solve the problem.

    Default Failure of Transcation in SBI ATM

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am rajesh. I am from Andhra Pradesh.I have an account in SBI which is in AndhraPradesh..I am studying MCA in Banglore.Once I made a transcation in Banglore Padmanaba nagar branch,the transcation has been failed.But money is debited from my account.At that time i called customercare and took the suggestions from them and i complainted in both branchs(home branch and banglore branch).This happened on 28-10-2008.But Still i didn't get the my money back.In my home branch manager is not working properly.please take the issue seriously and slove my problem.While in that transcation i lost Rs 3000/-.

    Hello Sir/Madam, I have withdrawn a amount of Rs 4000/- from icici bank ATM. I have account in SBBJ bank, krishna nagar, delhi. But due to ATM failure my amount is debited and the transaction is failure at that time.. and still now money is not credited to my account, its being a long time, i have put up complaints several times. I have given the application so many time. Now what should i do. Should i complaint about banks to the RBI or any other centralized branch. Its completely a failure of the banking system and they are earning a lot and lots of money throught this false process.

    Who is taking care of our money. Bank's are theif now a days.

    Angry ATM Transaction failure - Standard Chartered/HDFC

    Back ground: I'm holding an account in HDFC bank . On 12-August-2009 at 8 PM due to urgency I made an attempt to with draw money from Standard Chartered ATM located at F-230 Rajender Nagar on main Shankar Road, New Delhi. Amount was Rs 10,000/-. The attempt was un-successful and my ATM card was ejected out with cancelled transaction. But very next day I found Rs 10,000/- was debited to my account & also received SMS in confirmation to this. On same day i.e. 13th August, 2009 matter was reported in writing to HDFC Bank. Also same mater was reported to HDFC’s classic services.

    Upon following up for more than 2 weeks they both confirmed me over phone on 7th September, 2009 that this amount (Rs 10,000/-) cannot be credited back to my account as Standard Chartered has claimed this amount.

    Further this ATM machine of Standard Chartered bank comes under branch located at Karol Bagh Branch, 13/37 WEA Arya Smaj Road, and Karol Bagh. Phone # 011-41546964

    Action taken so far: Matter was further taken with RBI Ombudsman (complaint # 200910014002786), New Delhi. Response is received from RBI and they have closed the case by giving some reasons which are not acceptable.

    I request both the bank to view viedo footage. Although same raquest was made thru RBI bit was of no use.

    Please help as it is almost 4 months plus....

    I am Subrahmanya Kumar A/c Holder of the ICICI branch - Nanganallur chennai (A/c # 005401522513). My dad (Mr. B.V Chalapathi Rao) had tried to withdraw Rs.20,000 from th ICICI ATM of CHANDANAGAR, HYDERABAD branch on 28th OCT 2009, the transaction got declined and was not successfull.

    He brought this to the notice of the Chandanagar branch staff notice immediately by logging a complaint SR123129265 and this followed by a series of requests to the notice of customer care and ICICI bank branch staff as well and the feedback for the every request was same "Transaction was successfull", although we havent received the amount.

    Going further we had sent the details to the branch by attaching the photocopy of the ATM slip, but however we didnt received the status.

    Since it has been pending for almost 2 and half months and i havent received the amount still now, I am writing you for your enquiry into this.:D

    I am frustrated with the repeated calls to ICICI BANK.:D

    Please do let me know how to proceed further.

    Amount of Rs 2800 is deducted, when we complained to ICICI they have taken a complaint and they r asking time till March 28 to credit amount back [TIME LINE of 35 days].

    I made a transaction of 10,000.00 at SBI ATM ID S1AN00904203, with my Bank of india ATM. my transaction number 3170 which was failed. i didnt receive any money but amount was debited from my account.

    Please help.

    Default Refund of failed transaction on mponline.gov.in

    Sir/Madam

    I am Tarun Shrivastava from Indore. On 17/april/2010 i hade made a few attempts to pay the online fee to mponline for the be counselling of my sister....All transactions showed as failed. But my bank account shows the amount of 10080 Rs debited everytime. I contacted the customer care of Mponline and they said our payment was rejected and would be refunded in the next 8 days. But till date no refund has arrived. I request your advise on what to do.
