I am Nayana K R. am an SBI card holder (30224968633) 03/10/2011 around 7.45pm i used my ATM card to withdraw cash from your atm located near mejestick . the amount was Rs.1000, my transaction was not processed and the atm did not dispense money..but when i check my SBI account Rs.1000 was debated from account...i request you to reimmburse the amount Rs.1000 and do the need full.

I am Navin Kumar. am an HDFC card holder (01431150008780) 04/10/2011 around 7.10pm i used my ATM card to withdraw cash from Syndicate Bank atm located near Hajipur Dak Bangla Road . the amount was Rs.1900, my transaction was not processed and the atm did not dispense money..but when i check my HDFC account Rs.1900 was debated from account...i request you to reimmburse the amount Rs.1900 and do the need full.

Hello!!Today I have used my ATM card and entered the amount 1000 for withdrawal, the amount came out from the ATM as i was on some important call, I delayed for a while in taking the amount from the machine..after a while the amount went back to the machine.And then when i checked my balance that amount is been deducted from it.Please suggest me how would i go about it.

Amount rs=4000/- debit from my account but i did not recived amout 4000/- from your syndicate atm majitha road. Hello Sir/Madam,


On May 18th 2012, i tried to withdraw 10000 RS from the ICICI ATM around 11:11 Am. The cash did not come out for a long time, and then message on the ATM machine said unable to dispense cash and I was told by ICICI bank official managing the ATM that money will get credited within 48 hours and also need to contact SBM bank. 10000 Rs got debited from my SBM account. I raised a complaint with SBM. They were told by ICICI bank that money was dispensed and gave me the details of transaction for the day. How do i proceed further.


The SBM bank official informed us that since the response code is 000. I have lost my money and nothing can be done. I feel extremely upset that none of banks are helping out and please advise how to go further from here.
