Dear Sir,

I am having saving accounts with your Kondhwa, Pune Brancah and my A/c nos are as follows
Anupama Nitin Rathore CRN no. XXXX and Subhadra Kasturchand Rathore CRN mo. XXXX3

Now my problem is this month they have deducted from my above mentioned both A/cs Rs 397/-
towards Demat A/c charges. I have given request to close our Demat A/c to the home branch in the month of June 23
and I got a letter from your Demat operations that my A/c is closed.

Then how they have deducted the above said amount from our A/cs? that too without informing us
secondlly Demat charges on the yearly basis and last year they have deducted on 1/12/2010 then how they can
deduct now.

Regarding this and also for other problems I contacted to Kondhwa Brancah Pune many time but I had
a vary vary bad exprience with them, which I cant mention here. If some seninor officer talk to me over my mobile
then I can explane them , my nobile no is 99605-22224.

I also given a complent on your toll free number and my complent no. is 1-1470418338 on 20th July but I am sorry to say that uptill now No one has contacted me yet.

Hope you will take a sirous action on the above mentioned. And will solve our problem at the earliest.
