My Name is Harmeet Singh and my concern is given below

I recently applied for home loan from Punjab National Bank and it got rejected as they said that there is some pending amount under my name from RBS Credit Card. After further discussion, I came to know there is card under my name which states that around Rs. 40000 is pending on the same. I called RBS Customer care and I was updated by customer service executive that it shows 2 cards on my name, out of which one I closed by paying full amount to bank that is Rs.2000 and I hold NOC for the same. I came to know there is another card issued under my name with some Bangalore address 1097, HSR Layout, Bangalore which is quite not possible as I have been staying in Delhi for long but all other details are same on this card.

I really don't have an idea about this card but it is destroying my credit history at CIBIL and due to which I am unable to proceed for home loan. I am attaching credit card statement which I received from bank for reference. Please let me know how to proceed on this as in another case I need to move to consumer court for further clarifications on the same. I had good experience on banking with RBS and I don't want to spoil the banking relationship.
