Sir,
I have an account in Panjab National Bank ( branch: jaipur house, Agra, U.P ). But they didn’t want to attest my photo on my passbook. Photo on passbook is necessary for identity proof.
The Manager told me that they have rule that photo on passbook is necessary for person who use thumb impression but who use signature we will not attest photo of them on their passbook.
Is it right??
