    Exclamation Complaint against Syndicate Bank

    Hello Sir/Mam

    I am Rajiv Arora from Ghaziabad, My mother Smt.Rashmi Arora is the Existing Client of Syndicate Bank since last one year. My mother saving Bank A/c no.is 85112010061548 in Shastri Nagar Branch in Ghaziabad.

    before 5-6 days back we faced some financial problem due to the service of syndicate bank branch. My mother Smt.Rashmi Arora had given a cheque (Cheque no.- 019641) of Rs.6736 in favour of (EEEUDD 1st) on 2nd week of July 2009. On 13th July 2009 I was go in the syndicate shastri nagar branch bank for updation the saving A/c pass book. On 13th July 2009 Entry was shoking for me and my family. That cheque was bounced that means ; Rs.6736 entry is shown in Withdraws colomn and same date the Rs.6736 entry again Deposited in Pass book of saving A/c.

    It means the Cheque No. - 019641 was bounced.

    on 18th July I was go in the Electricity office to represent another cheque then they told me "You have to pay another Rs.800 as a Panelty for Cheque bounce ADD ON Rs.6736 the Actual bill amount. Now the Amount is Rs.6736 + Rs.800 Panelty = 7536 Rs. Demand Draft"

    I want to know whats the Reason for Cheque bounce? On 6th July2009 I deposited Rs.25000 in cash and on 8th July again I deposited Rs.15000 in cash. Both Time when I Deposited by cash in saving A/c then No anybody of Bank Employee had intimate about anything. You can see the pass book of my mother savings A/c, she opened this A/c for her savings not for Expenditures. so she deposited some money time to time as her capability. The Balance was Rs.71240.53 at that Time, then How syndicate bank has rejected that Cheque (No.- 019641) of Rs.6736 ???

    Today I was go in the Syndicate shastri nagar branch to know the reason, then they cant give me a satisfactory answer..

    Who will bear the panelty of Rs.800 ???

    In my mother saving A/c No. - 85112010061548, there are much more balance compare to issued bounced cheque amount. I want to help...

    Please help me and consider this as same. we are facing time problem,money problem and Electricity problem due to this bad process. Till today the Electricity Department is not collect the Bill amount without this Rs.800 panelty. Who will Bear this panelty??? please Help us...

    Bank having our telephone no. and our Address but they cant contact for anything. Whats the Service in present scenerio???

    Default Regarding Death Claim & Arrear

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Our Father Sh. Munshi Lal Gupta was a Retired Teacher expired on 25th May 2008. We submit all document for claim/ Transfer the money from their saving A/C to their wife A/C. But on our every visit to the bank, the manager give us only next date.

    Their 40% arrear (normally others received in Jul Aug'2009) is also not given to us till 29-12-2009. I himself prepared the arrear (Sitted with the Pension Officer on 18-12-2009). But Bank Manager was not passing the arrear. 30 cases of Death Claim are pending from last one year but manager is not understanding the probem, that comes after the death of Main Family person.

    At present we are giving interest, We have our own money in the bank but we can not use our money.

    Today 29-12-2009, i met to Bank Manager. He gave me date 10-Jan-2010. When i try t do some argument with him, he said that you can complaint "I Don't Care".

    If a senior officer will speak like so, what will do us. It means depositted money in Saving A/C is not our.

    Please solve our problem.

    Dear durector, thuis is highly regrate your Andhrapradesh , Andhra universuty syndicate bank manager/ deputy manager udont know his name , actually my brither and i came for rural area fro mm visakhapatnam Andhrauniversuty
    we inform at 12.50 pm andhrauniversiry branch amd after at 1.04 minitues , the fellow saud that sorry time us over m he only him self agreed at 1o clock and one minite is over he used un parlement lamguage just like bastered and vulguar lamguage in local lamguage iam a pg and phd scholar every thing is recorded un my frimd camera amd we have to approach for legally and u could mot able to under stand why yopu arwe appointed such a dirtu fellows appointed un your esteemed bank we have a fauth and uahve 2000 share alloted un your bank on 1999 UPO tull uam having m u dint know his name when your are enquired Andhrauniversity syndiucate bank sat 1 o clock what happend entire episode the person what ghe used utter language us high ly 13-03-2010 us vlack day un my lufem u never
    tolerate such a persom, by forcely he throned beastly like any thing and i asked what us your name and cader why you are talking like that, he used utter lamguage and throned and my Email is : guruganesh1@rediffmail.com
    what action you have to taken againt that persom i nform by maul atrtachement of using utter language by A.U Syndicate bank persom i domt kmow his name the tapes will be realeased on thursday 16-10-2010 immiduate action will take and hope appoimed right persons
