Cheque Sir,
I had a ABG account in Andhra Bank, Balanagar, Hyderabad A/c no.005710025085357. My cheque no.869260 is mis used on 02/7/09 which is given to the HDFC Bank (Crossed cheque). In that cheque the person who is drawn 5000/- in my account, he is tearing corner of the cheque. But the branch was paid the amount. I also send the Xerox copy of cheque and pass book xerox with this mail. So please take necessary action.

Cheque misused Sir,
Actually I had a personal loan account in HDFC bank. So i given 10 cheques at the time of loan process. In that Firstly I given 7 Cheques to HDFC agent (written in that cheques "HDFC Personal Loan") and 3 blank cheques, but crossed. On 2/7/09 a person name is CP Rao drawn 5000/- in my account. He put the cheque which is already given to the HDFC agent. The person was tearing the corner of the cheque. But the branch was paid that amount. So please take necessary action.

Send a written notice to the CMD of HDFC via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution and the reason behind this transaction.
Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

In that, the report shows only 6 cheques (From 869251 to 869256) and one cheque 869257 is cancelled and it is their permenant custody. And they said Mr.C.P.Rao who is drawn the amount in my account, he is against to HDFC bank.
