I have a cc facility of Rs.80lakhs with Punjab national bank ,vellore with stocks and receivables as main and collateral security of 2 properties worth 55lakhs and 85 lakhs out of that 85 lakhs belongs to me and another belongs to my father . due to dispute in the family , he has given the notice to the bank to withdraw the collateral in turn manager has freezed my account without notice. I want to know whether bank can freeze my account without notice and asking for an explanation
