QAB charges of Rs 552 is being charged to my account since last 3 quarters. when i called the phone banking officer she informed (Ranjana) that i have Silver Privilege account. I had opened a Joint account some 6-7 yrs back in thane and it was Regular savings account. since when it was converted to privilege account which requires minimum QAB of 25000/-,
She said she can reverse only one entry which will be done in a day's time (let me check tomorrow if this is done) ....I need the balance of the QAB charges to be reversed.
ANY ICICI officer looking in to this can pls help in reverting the QAB charges. I am not in a position to visit the bank as of now.
