Sir,

With warm regards you are most respectfully requested to kindly consider the following:-

That I have deposited in cash 09 nos. of challans as detailed here-in-below on 12.12.2007 for which I have been issued the counterfoil of the challans by the said branch.

All the below mentioned challans till today has not been uploaded over net i.e.; N.S.D.L / I.T. site and as such the Income Tax Department is not giving any credit to the concerned persons.

I have personally visited your branch 3 – 4 times and met with the lower / higher authorities inclusive of branch manager to sort out the matter but they have not taken any action in this regard till date. And as such the Income Tax Department has raised demands on the concerned persons.

The behaviour of branch manager inclusive of lower end staff is not up to the mark and slightly abusive.

May I therefore request before your good-self to look into the matter and do the needful so that the alleged challans may be posted / uploaded over net. Thereby the concerned persons may get the credit for such payments (by the department).

· All the above challans has been deposited on 12.12.2007 exept of Shyama Devi (deposited on 12.09.2007) at State Bank of India, Main Branch, Bank More, Dhanbad ( BSR code 0000066).

It is also pertinent to note that every branch is empowered to have only one BSR code whereas the above branch is using 3 BSR codes, which are 0000066, 0003066, 0820016. Please verify the same.
