A chq. No. 211003 favoring M/s Sharma Umesh & Co. amounting to Rs. 6000/- drawn on Uco Bank Sadri branch by M/s Ranakpur Gas Agency, Sadri was sent to the branch on 02.04.2011 for collection. More than 60 days have passed and my bank have reminded Uco Bank several times over telephone and thru our letters dated 31.05.2011 and 07.06.2011 but we are still waiting for any response from other side and thus have decided to escalate the matter to consumer Court.
