I had lost my debit card on Monday 6th Morning when i was not aware i was on my way to my office at Bandra.
First i thought i have forgotton my purse at home. In the evening when i cam home and searched my purse
i could not get my debit card so on 7th Morning i gave a ring to HSBC and i was told that amount of rs 40000 has been
used on Monday for various purchase.
On 6th May i have not received a single message from bank alerting me for the said purchase I have given a complaine letter to bank asking them for the details.
I personnaly went to all shopping shops where the purchase was done and collected the slip.
On non of the slip signature matches with my signature done on the back of debit card.

In this circumstances shop owner is at fault for not verifying the signature, secondlay bank is at a fault to inform
me for the purchase.
