I am getting calls from HDFC Bank Credit Card Recovery Dept.
In 2006 I settled the account with them by paying the outstanding amount(Rs.9500) in Installments, 5 installments of Rs.1100.00 and one Installment of 4000.00.
Now after 6 years I am getting calls that they have not received the amount Rs. 4000.00 and now along with Interest I have to pay 1.4Lacs(approx).
I even had two loans from HDFC which I paid in time without single return.
So why should I not pay small amount of 4000.00.
I even have settlement letter from HDFC where its mentioned all the installments received.
Still I get threat call harrasing me.My parents also have been harrased long time and abused badly.
Now I told the bank to send me a notice from court and told them to deal with me legally.
