Sir,
I had a FD with ICICI bank and my home branch is Banjara Hills, Hyderbad Branch. For the interested that accumulated for my FD, ICICI had deducted my TDS for two financial years (2008-09, 2009-10). But they did not upload my Form26AS for the above two years into IRS website.

I submitted my tax refunds and because of this issue, I did not get my refund of about Rs.50,000/-

For the last one year, they keep on promising me to upload those certificates. But this did not happen until now. I even given a written communication to Branch manager and he promised to me it'll be uploaded by 25th May 2011. Still they did not upload. can you please help me to get this issue resolved. I've hard copies of my TDS certificates, email communication with ICICI and acknoledgement of written communication given by me.
