after dda draw declaration bank have revert back 1.5 lacs who not get flats, but icici bank made cheque on 26 aprill 2011, and after 1o days they massaged that ur draft return back and collect it from branch green park delhi, after gettin that cheque we found that courier details that cheque was not sended to us, the courier cons. no not exist, our 1.5 lacs kept pending long time to bank. how can we get compansation for that. plz reply.
