Hello,

I, Ms Shraddha Godbole, had submitted a cheque worth Rs.11750/- in State Bank Of India Bank , Warora Branch on 10th March 2010. The cheque no is 914585. The IFSC code fro this branch is SBIN0000501. I am also an account holder in this branch.

However the cheque has gone missing from the bank since then. Neither is the amount deposited in my account nor have I received my cheque back. On enquiry, I never get a proper and satisfactory response from the bank staff .It has been more than an year now and I am facing mental stress due to multiple trips to bank for enquiring about the missing cheque and getting no response.

Could you kindly take strict action against this carelessness and get me justice by making them deposit my money along with proper penalty for mental stress and interest for 14 months delay on the amount?
