Bank debit of Rs 2275/-( AQB ) without any information or pre-communication in my A/c .

I was complaint the same to HDFC bank regarding Charges , but HDFC officers was refuse to resove the same & says its mendetory policy. ( My HDFC Complaint No 011-222-218 )

If Bank intimate me about the same i was maintain a minimum average quarterly balance AQB. but Bank not giving me any information / pre information given to me regarding the same.

Request you to kindly resolve the same asap.
