Name in Defaulter list in CIBIL I need to raise a Concern that I have taken a Credit Card from HSBC (4384 5999 9573 7698 ) on my name Huma Khurshid 3 Years back. There was a payement of 7000 rupees on 29 Sept 2008 which i paid in one go and have received a Letter from HSBC bank that there is no outstanding on my name . I applied for Home loan from different banks and that was rejected saying my name is listed in CIBIL as a Settled status.
When I tried contacting HSBC bank in this case they are asking for another 15000 rupees for removing my name from CIBIl this is just a case of Cheating from Bank. Please help me to remove my name from CIBIL
