HI, I am working in a company called VIA. Com and my salary gets credited to my ICICI bank, In the month of March when I am supposed to get my Feb salary I went to the ATM to collect my harden money but there is no money so checked with my office they said that the salary is credited and latter I had visited the bank to check and they say that the amount had come to my bank account and it is taken. Which i haven't taken it till date so I had launched a complaint with the bank so they had given me and complain number (SR169672798) At the time of complaint Mr Sridhar / Ms Shubha from Langford Road branch Bangalore had promised that they will give me a video clip of the person who has taken my salary. But when waited for a month latter inquired about the video clip they said that the video clip can be provided only if the amount is in Lakhs, I want people want to understand that I am not talking about the amount of money I have lost but about my Whole month salary which lead to Starve for many days.
