Hi, I applied for credit card three times in HDFC and 3 times in Standard Chartered bank till now.
Every time they were keep on calling for the card like anything, and right after applying for the card, they are not even receiving the call if i call to the number which they provided for any queries.
They are completing the process clearly by calling 3-4 verification calls and confirming address proofs(present and permanent), and after that they are becoming mute for some days. And again suddenly some other guy is calling from bank for the card application saying, it was our representative failure, and we have rules of not holding the documents more than 21days if it is not approved. So please apply again, this time we will surely process(repeating the same thing).

Even last i got reference number from bank standardchartered: DDB8522UUT01,
and today i have asked(within 21days for my safety this time) for status, they replied me with mail

I dont know whether they are having only response for such query mails.

One more doubt: I think all the banks are recruiting girls(famale) for contacting people for such applications for this reason only, because people can't scold them directly, as we are in India and we should respect ladies.

Sorry for using rough words.
