On 6th Aug 2010, I had made a transaction of Rs.1560 on account of purchasing 10 PVR tickets via standard chartered credit card. During the process, the session got expired and the amount got debited from my account without any tickets. On second attempt the transaction got successful and the amount got debited again. Accordingly I collected 10 tickets from PVR.

From that day onwards every time I am calling customer care center of Standard chartered bank and asking for the reimbursement. Accordingly the bank gave me many reference numbers one after another and assured me to give me my money back. I had paid the bill along with the disputed amount which they charged me. On next bill the bank had credited the amount but again debited it from my account.
I had written many mails to standard chartered credit card section and asked for reimbursement but the bank is not ready to take charge of the disputed transaction. After 5 months they are telling me that the investigation got completed on merchant's(PVR) side and I am liable to pay the disputed amount and if I want the money back then I have to go to PVR and ask for the money. Also they have charged me interest on that disputed amount when I had already paid up the bill along with the disputed amount.
The bank says, the money which got debited from my account is not credited to bank's account or PVR account, but in bill we can easily find out that they have charged me twice of the ticket amount.
Please help me out as the bank is not ready to take my issue under consideration.
