Complaint against SBI Credit Card

This complain is against SBI credit card department. Below I am mentioning the incidence which has triggered this complaint:

I applied for SBI Credit card, and initially was told that I will not be charged anything against it. After 2 days, I received another call from the SBI Credit Card department informing me that I have been charged Rs 550 as initial charges. Initially I hesitated, but then agreed to pay.

I was delivered the PIN first and then I received the card. However, after a few days, I was told that the card that I possess has been cancelled, and they will renew my card and send me another card within 10 working days.

I am still waiting for the card to arrive. However, the statemenst with late fine has arrived.

This has led to a lot of mental stress for which i believe serious steps should be taken.

The government need to ensure that these actions should be dealt with stern actions so that the entities must remain careful about such happening.

WHEN I TRY TO WITHDRAW .THERE IS SOME MASSAGE ON ATM SCREEN.THAT IS MAKE SURE YOUR ACCOUNT NOT UNDER KYC COMPLAINT.BUT WHEN I GO FOR DIPOSIT KYC .BANK STAFF TOLD ME NO NEED KYC .BECOUSE UR ACCOUNT OPEN THROUGH WELLCOME KIT. SO GO AND TRY AGAIN.BUT WHEN I TRY THERE SAME PROBLEM I FACED.WHEN I AVOID IT AGAIN A MASSEGE SHOW ON SCREEN .HAVE U SEEN ANY TEXT LIKE;25...;,BUT NO ANY TEXT SHOWING ON SCREEN.BUT I CAN CHECK MY BALANCE EASLY..

I applied for SBI Credit card with submitted all documents and initially was told that I should not be charged anything against it if I shall purchase anything against the above Credit Card within 2 months form the date of receiving & it was told me by Mrs. Sefali from +919038521086. Today I received another call from the SBI by +913340072190 from Credit Card department informing me that I have been charged Rs 499/- as initial charges. Bank misguide the all customers intentionally. In this circumtances I requesting to the SBI bank manager ( Credit Card Department ) please don’t issue any type of card against me. Lot of THANKS.

Dear Sir
My SBI Credit Card no was 4317575036822535 .This card was blocked in 2007 that time I have paid all my dues.Afte that from SBI they send statemet of Dues amount, that time I have called to SBI plz chechk I has already payment all dues.
I have also write mail many time to look this issue.
But til date they have not resolve this issue.
Pl z do needful regarding this.
