my husband has taken a gold loan from Muthood Finance on 19.4.2010 of Rs. 30,000 and paid 4 EMIs of that gold loan.
Due to some ego problem of my husband he is not able to pay the due EMIs of loan.
Now, I (wife) is ready to pay the lump sum due amount but the bank says that is not able to give the gold against that due amount without signed of my husband.

Kindly tell me what step should be taken to solve this problem.
