Dear Sir / Madam,

This is with regard to our dispute with Standard Chartered Bank, wherein they claim to have a Credit Card overdue from us since the year 2000 before 10 years ago.......

The credit which Standard Chartered Bank is claiming i.e., the Annual Charges for the period during for which we didn't used the credit card and which was not agreed by our side Further, after discussing with their tele-executives, we cancelled the Standard Chartered Credit Card but they keep on adding late charges on it.

We haven't heard from them since lot many years and last month our Loan application was declined by SBI citing report from CIBIL which mentions Overdue to Standard Chartered..

Standard Chartered Bank has destroyed our Credit History, by acussing us wrongly we do not owe any money to them but they claim an overdue.
We request you to kindly help us resolve this issue so that we have a clear Credit History..
