Default ATM Debit card refund

my name is vadivelan i have account in canara bank i have debit card on i withdraw a amount of Rs.5000 at the vijaya bank atm but i did not get the money from the atm machine but money is deducted i complaint to the canara bank and i given a request letter but he is not giving a proper response i did not get any Information and i gave a complaint at the bank the complaint no : 3043000047 After one and half month i did not get any Information so I request before you to look into the matter seriously and please take proper and quick steps pls
