ICICI bank have cheated on me..........on the very last moment they refused to open my demat account saying that my application form have been lost by the bank and I need to fill up the fresh new form. And because of that I bear the loss of approx Rs 15000/-.

I seriously wanted to escalate this issue but I was very busy at that point of time, but now i'll definitely do the same.

My complaint no. is 'ICICICARE=039-039-026' which I registered in ICICI bank but i didn't get any satisfying response. I have enough proofs and mails with me in which bank have taken the responsibility that the application form has been lost by their department.

I am not explainig each and every detail of my complaint as it can be fetched from the registered complaint no.
