Hi,

I am using icici credit card 5176XXXXXXXX8008 from last 4 years, recently i got lost my wallet, immediately i have informed to respective banks to block all my debit and credit cards. But ICICI bank do not respond immediately, next day some body used my card, purchased around Rs.35000/-. after getting monthly statement, i shocked, informed immediately to icici customer care. They said will get back to you after getting the billing details. two days after the incident i got stricken i have insurance of that particular card, again i have informed to customer care, they said first you should pay the balance amount, after that claiming process will start.

I have raised many times this issue to customer-care to solve, but they didn't respond positively, These days i have interrupting by sending lawyer notices, even i called that person given explanation.

Because of this unfair things from that particular bank i got disturbance in my regular life by getting calls and notices.

Hence i request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
