I was having ICICI bank Gold credit card which was stolen.
I submitted a request to block the card and at the time i blocked the card the outstanding amount on my card was my actual expense of around Rs 1700. However when i received the statement at month's end there was an additional amount of around Rs 5700 on my card.

The transactions were made after i lost the card but before i blocked the card.
However as the customer care executive told me that my outstanding is only rs 1700 which were the transactions done by me only.

I filed a complaint with ICICI bank about the fraud and they did some investigation. However they have again put that amount in my blocked-credit card statement.

They are not providing me the details of investigation and misbehaving.

Please let me know what should i do.
