I SYED IRFAN, with the account number 109301011000968 have an SB account with your Infantry Road Branch. On 10/09/2010, I tried to recharge my Airtel prepaid connection (98459 26197) for Rs. 222/- twice via the mobile banking service, with the transaction details given below. When I checked my account the amount was deducted twice, however I did not recieve the talktime to my prepaid connection. I have checked with my Airtel service provider, who in turn asked me to check my bank. I request you to please help me in getting my refund.
