sir i made unsucessful withdrawal of rs 6000/ on sept 8,2010 from citi bank at the atm near plaza pvr in connaught palace new delhi by debit card 5318310305097270 of hdfc bank. i contacted to phone banking of hdfc bank immediately and lodged the complain with the refernce no. 121560 . i got no respose from them i again lodged the complain del 292711 through one executve of hdfc bank. then i got the reply that this is a valid withdrawa. i asked the reasons for that which they are not providing to me. they have been using a single line of reply " this is a valid withdrawa".
sir i am very helpless on their reply. the bank is not trying to get my money back. sir i will try to tell the events of that day " a customer tried to withdraw money from atm, atm started counting money, the lid was up money was shown but did not come out. the lid was closed. he stood aside. i was behind him in the que. i also tried but same thing happened. the money did not come out. i checked the balance i found it has been debited by rs 6000/-
sir after some time there came two engineers to set right the atm. they told us that it is a technical problem and your money will be credited in your account in next three days.
sir it is more than two months now and i am not getting my money bank nor the reasons for that. sir i request you to kindly look into the matter personally and help me to get my hard earned mony
