I need to file a complaint against the worst service from Axis Bank in Pune region of Maharashtra.

I have an account with Sahkar Nagar Branch, Pune (Maharashtra).

First of all I have not received my debit card since last 2 years, and when I tried to contact people from the bank they WERE NOT AT ALL SUPPORTIVE and I had a really BAD experience dealing with them due to which I had to open my account in another bank.

Apart from this I had also applied for Fund transfer (Power Transfer) facility to other banks, but 3 TIMES MY PASSWORD WAS RESET AND STILL THE SERVICE I ASKED IS NOT ENABLED (POWER TRANSFER).

But this is something i am talking about past 2 years, and i thought the bank must have changed and the service must have improved in the last 2 years, But i was totally wrong.

Recently again I have been visiting Bank from PAST 1 MONTH the Hadapsar Branch, Pune (Maharashtra) to enable this service of fund transfer (Power Transfer) to other Banks. But still it is not activated, which I suppose is a Maximum of 1 day job for any other Bank.

Also the call center and the Nodal officer of this region is also not supportive and either they don't pick up the call or they make excuses of system down. I tried around 100 (in real) times calling Nodal officer and he didn't picked up the call. and also no one has ever bothered to answer the emails i have been sending to nodal officer or to customer care.

Looking at the today’s competitive time, where all the banks are doing their best to provide services to their customers, Axis Bank doesn’t care about their customers.

AXIS BANK IS ONE OF THE WORST BANK IN TERMS OF SERVICE. AND I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO EVER CREATE ANY RELATIONS WITH THIS BANK.
