I was one of the agent of MNYL & commission of Rs. 5420.46/- was earned by selling the policies which has been credited to my account no.029010100344524 and without any notification to me they debited Rs.2481.76/- from my account on different dates stating that minimum bank balance charges while my accoutn was opened with ZERO BALANCE account. Since I was agent of MNYL,the account was opened by MNYL on my behalf in my name as SBSAL Account. I have register a complaint & they do not even bother to reply.
The same letter has been forwarded to R.O Ahmedabad. The letter is attached with this complaint..Please help me out how to overcome with this issue as I have spent Rs.5000/- for taking advice. So I want Axis Bank to reimburse me Rs. 7,481.76/-. I have visited 3-4 times in Ghatkopar & they are not able to clear the concept ZERO BALANCE & SBSAL Account. And when I was not a salaried person in Max New York why the account was opened as SBSAL Account.. As I was a B.Com I was not aware about this type of cheating happening in Axis Bank. Now, who will reimburse me my amount deducted with legal fees.
