Please do not use this bank or service, They are cheating stealing customer money/cheating. No good service. Should say it worst service. one of the worst bank ever seen. Please spread the real information of ICICI bank money2 india to all your friends and relatives. To save all your frnd and known people money share this info.

In emergency I sent money through ICICI Money2India and got email that your request is received. Then after few days I got to know money has not been sent to beneficiary account in India. I called ICICI and then they said, sent us transaction copy, screen shot of your bank statement, etc. I sent this 3 times as every time I used to sent and call customer care they used to ask me the same. After 3 days 1 customer service rep told me that our system is down since 3 days. Means whatever I did was useless. Then she told me to call on next day, i.e. on Saturday. When I called on Saturday and told full story to another representative, he told me technical team doesn't work on Saturdays & Sundays. So I called him on Monday this time I got an answer that your request will be solved in 24 to 48 working hrs after receiving your email, when I told that I am sending emails since last 1 week, then she said our system started working today itself so from now 24 to 48 hrs. When I realize these people are hopeless, I arrange money from my friend in India and sent to that person to whom I wanted to sent. I am still tracing my with ICICI. MORAL: NEVER EVER NEVER EVER NEVER EVER USE money2indis IN EMERGENCY. THEY ARE SIMPLY HOPELESS. If they cant track money why they ask us to send proof of sending money to local bank? Its problem in their system.

On 8Aug11, I made a transaction from Singapore to HDFC account via ICICI's money2india application. Tracking ID is M2N12372750. Status shows that money has been received by ICICI bank but It has not been transferred to my account. Whenever I call, everytime new customer care person take up and ask for same information and finally they ask for 24 hours more. This is very pathetic service and no professionalism there. My family was in urgent need of money there as a close relative was not well. Now I wonder, what shall I do ? I dno't have any more money to transfer and repent for time when I decided to use money2india application.
As suggested by customer care I have already sent email to nri@icicibank.com. What can be a bigger corruption than this, I have send email to head liabilities & nri headnribanking@icicibank.com and MD & CEO Ms. C. Kochhar managingdirector@icicibank.com, But no reply so far. GOD, somebody help on this .

Strange that a Banking Giants ICICI Money to India - main functionality of Tranfering monet to India is NOT working for the 4 days. (The screen has problems while viewing, the Next screen does not work - these changes are released to public after due testing and audits, how can there be a MAJOR bug like this!!)
And What a coincidence that during this period the $ exchange rate is the HIGHEST ever in the History!!

Is this just a coincedence or a deliberate bug in the application?

I scheduled a transaction for a future date on Money2India site which i canceled, because my car broke down and i decided to buy a new car, so I canceled the transaction a few days prior to its execution date. But, ICICI still executed the canceled transaction and removed $12, 000 from my account. This is unauthorized because i canceled it at least 3 days before execution date.

I have given a check of $15, 000 to a car dealer and ICICI is not canceling these transactions. Car Dealer is also not canceling the Car transaction and asking for $500 cancellation charges. I am screwed.

I have called ICICI several times, they say we can not do anything on the phone, send an email. In email they don't reply for 2-3 days.

Now ICICI is asking me to talk to my bank to file a claim of my money. WHAT A BULLSH#T. When you can take money out from my account why cant you put it back.

I have sold my old car and Because of ICICI I can not buy a new car.

I had the same bad experience only recently in Dec '11. The customer service guy confirmed the funds were received but could not explain why it was not transferred to the receivers account. They still insisted that I send a snapshot of my personal bank account but like hell. Im in Brisbane and they are in some corner of India, talking to them on the phone was plain ugly. I too would never use their service again.
