Dear Sir / Madam,
My Name is Devender living in Faridabad & using your Value Plus Credit Card No. 434*****200790XXXX. As per your statement I have outstanding 3087. Rupees, but I have purchased only Rs.1345 /-. I was not received your bill from starting so you have added some charges like interest & others. I was called many times at your customer care executives regarding this problem but they have not give any satisfaction reply to me. After calling in your customer care department one lady name Ms. Shakshi was called me for collection. She was committed please pay only Rs.200 Rupees & committed your card will start after this payment & we will reverse the all unnecessary charges & resend the bill, not correct bill not received to till date.
I am using others bank credit cards but I m totally unsatisfied with HDFC credit Cards Services. After calling many times your credit cards division was reverse some amount of interest. I didn’t want this, I could not pay your credit card bills but I can’t pay this type of unnecessary charges.
So you are my humble request please reverse my unnecessary charges & send the correct bill I will pay same day total balance Rs.1145.
I am ensuring that, if your bill I have received on time I will pay on time in future. So please see the matter collect the balance payment of Rs.1145 & start my card again.
