This is with regards to the credit card number (XXXXXXX0185) which was taken in the year 2003.I used this card for 1 yr. Due to my personal reasons I could not pay outstanding amount.
Recently, I had spoken to one of your collection agency number & spoken to Anil Sequeira on 65149563 asked for the outstanding.They just informed me that I have an pending amount & asked me make the payment immediately.When I asked for the statement they denied to provide the statements for the amount they are claiming.
I have been repeatedly asking them to provide the statement for the settlement for which I have to hear all filthy languages spoken by them and abuses. They are also threatening me and giving me mental pressure (though I told them that I want to settle my amount).
Based on some of the previous thread in the Forum, I had also send a mail Talktous@hdfcbank.com, I got the auto generated message (HBL=010-101-744) and I'm still waiting.
Upon that they have been calling my colleagues using the data available in LinkedIn, Naukri, monosterjobs and informing them that they are references for my creditcard and threatening them they held responsible(though they don't have any connections to me).
I can't believe an International bank HDFC employees using such a foul languages when speaking to their customers. This is ridiculous and unacceptable behavior by the bank employees to a consumer/ Individual.
