This is a complaint against HDFC Credit Card Division (Delhi Region). I had a credit card from HDFC from 2006. The card was settled in May 2008, the collection agents said they will give the settlement letter when the final installment is paid. I paid the remaining 5000/- from total amount of 15000/- and got the letter. However the letter was consisting a different card number. When I called back those guys, said will do the correction the next day. After that they completely dissappeared. Still the bank has not resolved my issue or closed my credit card account and now they have blocked my salary account. Please find the attachment of the details and the scanned coppies of the receipts, one for Rs. 10000 and one for Rs. 5000.

The amount of 10000/- is now not showing in my credit card account only 5000/- is showing. After several contacts still the issue has not been resolved.
