Dear Sir,

I took a loan from ICICI on a land purchased which was sanctioned to me on 31 March 2006. My loan reference is LOAN # LBBNG0000106786. I have paid all EMI without an default till date.

We are figting a case for possession of the land for which the loan was taken.

The court has ordered us to provide an attestation from ICICI they are holding the original mother deed based on which the loan was sanctioned. However ICICI is denying that they are not in possession of this document. I will not be able to claim my land if ICICI does not provide this original document.

I request you to kindly help us in getting this acknowledgement from ICICI.
