A year back i had raised a balance transfer from my ABN Amro Credit card to HSBC Credi card. HSBC said they sent me a DD i did not receive the DD. Still, HSBC Bill includes that and the interest rate on the amount. How is it that they can bill someone for amount which was not debited from the bank. Shouldnt they have that check.

Not sure whose mistake it was whether courier or HSBC but i am not involved anywhere as i did not receive the DD. I get all the calls to pay the money from HSBC not sure for what i should pay... I cleared ABN AMRO bill on myself.
