hi I am chandan and i have a acount in kotak bank delhi. Earlier i was in BSF from where i got my GPF draft payable at SBI Rohtas. I sumitted it in kOTAK on 9.3.09. But after several enquiry i did not received my money in acount. They are not cooperating. I have asked for my draft but still they are not listening. I have to repay loan amount whose interest rate is increasing. i am helpless.

plz advise
