Dear Sir,
I visited SBI BANK branch on 19/03/2009 at surajpur Panchkula. I fixed a phonic appointment with branch manager Mr. Ajay Kumar and I confirmed from him on phone that do you need my mother to see because this account is under the name of her. He answered that “no need”. You come alone. It is justified to me.
I deposited a sum of 2, 03,600/- because of his suggestion. It is a full and final payment to close the loan account. After depositing the money, I went to see the manger Mr. Ajay Kumar to collect my NOC however he refused to provide me that document and by showing a rude and unprofessional behaviour; he made an order to come again for collecting the document after three and four days. Further, he said to me “get out from my Branch.’
I would like to make a request that the matter and have a action against him.
