Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am having salary account in Axis bank Vapi branch.
Twice I have given written application for change in Mobile number. (Jan and Feb) Last application was submitted on 4th Feb 2009.
After that I have sent emails on March 18, 2009, and March 12, 2009.
IBRM have forwarded the same email to Vapi branch head on same day. But there is no action no acknowledgment till date from Vapi branch.
But the have deducted mobile banking charges from my saving account.
