Hi,

As the matter of a customer statisfaction & comfortabilty, i have to take your kind attention about my case of a credit card settelment from HDFC bank.

On Jan'09, bank had setteld my card account on rs.15300/- against that they were debit an amount of 9625- from my savingaccount ( to put a lien clause) when i was conversed with the bank they told me," we are issue a letter of the setteled amount & you will paid the rest amount of Rs.6035/-after receiving the letter, but they were failed to provide me the letter of said amount.

Due to that my approval had lastly declined & whenver i contact the bank about my problem, they are give excuse for the same instead of giving me relief.

Now a time, they was resetteled my account on rs.12000/- instead of rs.6035/-.

Kindly provide me help on such case of miscommitments made by the bank personnel & guide me how can i make claim for such malfunctioning by the bank.
