Dear Sir/Madam,
I am customer of ABN now RBS for almost 4 years with my Salary Account and also using the credit card, this is the first time having such problem and a unique one as well where there is no fault of customer but still being penalized for the same.
1.I have not received the card statement for the month of June due but when I called up on 14-July-10 on helpline got to know that my due date was 10-July-10 and Amount was approx Rs-8000/- I request his to pls send the hardcopy of my statement to my residential address as there were some extra charges charged by some vendor and I need to check the same, he confirmed the same and said will be delivered in next 4 to 5 days, which till date has not been received, again I called up on 19-July-10 your systems were down and the executive asked me to call after 2:00PM which was not up till 2 pm also. The same story was on 22-July-10 also.
I again called 4th time on 23-July-10 evening where executive told me that there has been late charge of Rs-1000/ aprox (Late fees with interest) and he behaved as if he is the king and I am beggar who is begging for my statement, that is not the way to behave with the customers. On the same day I got message from My saving A/c that Rs-561.86/ has been debited for my credit card no. 5415382402834766, this is not the way to get the payment as customer is following up with bank for statement instead of helping bank is debiting his A/c. Today 5 time I called to check the status and solution for my problem the answer from Executive was system are down pls call after 2 hrs.
Request you to pls waive of the late charges and interest charged on my card no. 5415382402834766
2. I received the statement on Thursday for card no.5415382330982893 with details ADD on CARD fees, now I don’t remember when is used this card moreover I have never applied for any add on card also so request you to pls cancel the card and waive of the fees for the same as well.
