Dear Sir,

I Mr. Devendra Gupta holding credit card No-5289 4560 0054 2436, would like to inform you that there were transactions amounting a total of Rs.24500 (as per discussion call center confirmation y Bangalore) on my credit card yesterday which was not actioned by me.
I would also like to inform you that I am also liable to receive SMS for any transactions done on my card. But I had not received any message for the transaction done for Rs. 24500 , I had not only received an SMS for the transaction of Rs. 24400 which was done at dt 26/02/2010 1.00an onward at Gurgaon(HR) . It was only after the receipt of this message that I called your call center and was also informed to the Police Station at Gurgaon Sector 53 about the Misuse my credit card. transaction was made due to the some technical becuase without any PIN how can someone use my card and withdrwn the transaction Rs. 24500/- . . At the same time when stricked I have immediately locked the usage of my card HDFC locked recipt no 10058010020
Kindly look into the matter, as the transactions are not pertaining to me and the payment for the same will not be done by me.
If I do not find these transactions being settled by your side I would like to surrender my credit card as I don’t think it is safe for me to use a credit card of such a bank were there is no security in the usage of same.

* I have spoken hundred of time within 60 days bu not giving any investigation report now getting threat call from banker what i can do for we got it totaly frasted due to call or unnecessary charges passing to us,

We are investigating the matter and have already written to your registered email id with complaint ref no TTU00045708062010.

We would also like to request you not to post sensitive information such as your credit card number on a public platform such as this, as it may lead to your account being compromised.
