I had an accident along with my family in the month of February 2009, and in the month of June 2009, I had move out of Bangalore due to change in work place. Till then I've made minimum payments towards the card. I could not make minimum payment towards the card for around next 4 months. Till then the outstanding on the card was 25000/-. In the month of November 2009, my two savings accounts were blocked and the money was withdrawn without my notice. The total due shown was 33000/- and it reached to 42000/- in next 3 months.
I have given ECS mandates to other banks to deduct my EMI which I’ve taken personal loan which rejecting till date.
My savings accounts show the lean amount as 33000/- for one account and 38000/- for other account, where as I've only 25000/- outstanding. I have repeatedly asked for settlement, but the bank was not ready to settle it and release the accounts. Also sent a representation from Lawyer.
Recently the representative started asking money for settlement in weird manner. They just want to grab money and keep the card alive so that they go on humiliate me. First time I was saved by my intelligence. But second time I could not. I've e-mail communications with them regarding the same.
Recently I've made a payment of 12000/- towards card settlement on the assurance that, within 10 days I will get the settlement letter. But till date I’ve not received the letter. Also the person who called is not responding to my call at all.
Till now, without using the card I've made payment of Rs. 23000/- towards the card.
The other banks with whom I've loans reported my name to CIBIL and also pressurising me to settle the loan. I'm totally helpless now. The bank is humiliating me at its heights. Please save me and guide me to fight against this. How bank has authority to block my savings accounts and withdraw my money. This is cruality. On the top of it they are humiliating by calling repeatedly for money, though I've given the settlement request letter along with payment.

I have an salary saving account with ICICI bank madhapur, hyderabad. I went for an onsite work for US and came back a week ago. I paid my credit card bill just on the day I came here. But the card was blocked and my account was under CIBIL now. This affects my loans in other banks also. I don need any transaction from your Bank hereafter. Im going to transfer my account to some other bank. I just need the procedure to get a clearance from the CIBIL. Im valued customer for ICICI bank since 2007..this is what I finally got from your concern.
