I have Axis Bank Credit Card no. 4718610002082866. On 07.11.09 two unathorised transactions were done for Indian Institue of Ex, Mumbai of Rs5000/- and Rs8900/- and I got SMS on my mobile. Immediately I contacted Customer Care of Axis Bank, they blocked my Card and told to send dispute form. I sent the dispute form the next day. After 3-4 months they reverted the transaction of Rs5000/- and not the Rs8900/-. As both the transactions were for Indian Institue and at the same time, why they not reverted the other transaction? Now ,what I can do? Please suggest me.
