    Angry Extra charges

I have HDFC credit card, on which i had taken SMARTPAY option for my MSEB billsin 2009.The MSEB consumer no. was given 17065434. Since we were staying in the rented flat this no. was of the flat owner. Now in MAy2009 we shifted to our flat of which the MSEB Consumer no. 17073442 was registered and asked to cancel the earlier one.
but the whole year we have been charged for the MSEB bill which is not mine. from May 2009 to till date.
Now we wanted have our money back from HDFC which is paid from MAy 2009 to till date on MSEB 17065434.

secondly if my due date is 30th of every month and i dropped the cheque on 30th how they can charge as late fee with so many other charges?
