Respected sir,
we have executed an agreament with medlay foods mohali on 03/12/2008 as C&F and have
deposited S/deposit through online banking for which they have given us receipt on
companys receipt book and also have mentioned in the agreamet.But till date they
have not send stores to us resulting in financial loss and mental herrasment to us
as now they are not responding our telephone . Being outside punjab state resident
it is not possible for us to visit personally there as we have executed the
agreament in their office.
please let us know what we have to do now.
