Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for Housing loan in AXIS & IDBI banks, during the process i received an information that my CIBIL report reflects some unknown credit card with huge outstanding. So the Loan was stopped.

I requested CIBIL to give me the Fresh report, wherein i have recd with the same discrepancy as reported by AXIS & IDBI. In CIBIL report my date of birth and 2 addresses and 5 credit card accounts are wrong .

I Enquired the 3 banks which has wrongly updated my account in CIBIL.

HSBC Bank , American Express and HDFC Bank, Both the banks orally (phone banking)admitted that the shown Credit card account in CIBIL doesnot relate to me. But not have send a correction mail or Letter to CIBIL to update the records.

This process has been more than 1 months, till now no one has taken concrete action to update my records.

This has totally affected my loan process, & my Builders has already informed to charges 10% Interest charge on the amount to be paid by the Loan. If iam not paying the amount before end of this week, I may loose the property & the advance amount which i have paid to Builder.

So, This is an serious issues as far as iam concerned, I need the report to be cleared immediately.

All the 4 organization has to pay the compensation - HSBC, American Express, HDFC & CIBIL.

CIBIL - has no right to store wrong information about me, & no right to declare the same to other entity.
HSBC & American Express & HDFC - Has to shoulder the responsbility of providing the wrong information in the CIBIL database & therby stopping my loan process.

I need concrete action on the 4 organization.
