    Angry HDFC Bank Complaints - AQB SER CHGS

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My Savings Account No.: 05391330000497 , HDFC Bank, KALYANINAGAR - PUNE

    HDFC bank has deducted Rs.1654.50 from my A/C against AQB SER CHGS INC ST.

    Transaction Details :

    21 Mar 2010 AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS OCT-DEC2009 000000000000 21 Mar 2010 827.25
    21 Mar 2010 AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS JUL-SEP2009 000000000000 21 Mar 2010 827.25

    But this CHARGES effective from 1st Apr 2010.
    Please see attachment or check following link for Fees & Charges for Regular Savings Account.



    So kindly look into this matter.

    my name is DR MANIBHAI PATEL
    i am applying car loan in your bank last month .my loan approvalletter essued last 25-3-2010.this day i am take my new car at home.your loan manager MR.NAVIN PATHAK-NO<09377958744> (AHEMEDA BRANCH) not issued my loan cheque also he can't received my phone.Showroom manager every day call me for CHEQUE.this is not good for my doctor bussiness.tell me what i do?mycont no 09925542779.OTHER WISE I CANCEL LOAN IN YOUR BANK ALSO I SEND U LEGAL NOTICE TO YOUR BANK

    Default complaints for wrong AQB

    sir,
    i regret to say that services rendered by your bank are very poor. I am having a below mentioned saving account in your bank.
    In spite of several verbal reminders at your toll free no's., nobody is concerned to issue statement of accounts.
    Further no information was passed to me that when my account has been transferred from one category to another. Reason being, the bank can easily deduct various types of charges from my valuable money. we keep our money at your bank, because we feel that our money is the secured hands, but i think that deductions of these AQB's is a sophisticated robbery from my account.
    Although one of your officer tried and help me in recovering the wrong AQB'S, but I am fed up with this attitude of the bank.
    I just want to know, should i have to remind the bank again and again for stopping this activity.
    Also after four months of time , I have received a copy of the statement of fix/term deposit, which commenced on 23rd Feb. 2010.
    Please register my e-mail in your records and send the future statement of accounts in this mail.

    HDFC also charges for bill payment facility which is provided free by billdesk and other banks .

    Bigger banks like ICICI , AXIS, IDBI , CITIBANK they don't charge single rupee for bill payment facility .

    hi frind my account no with hdfc is 04111050041541 as it was salary account zero balance account the bank dedcuted average quaterly balance with any notice to me, fraud,same one help to close my account fraud hdfc bank i hate it, my contact 8108601124, kantu_789@yahoo.in

    If there is no salary debited in a salary account for a period of three months, the salary account is automatically converted into a savings account. AQB charges are applicable on savings accounts. Our team is currently investigating this matter, and will shortly be in touch with you.     My saving bank account has been levied with charges:
    11 Jan 2011 AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS OCT-DEC2010 000000000000 11 Jan 2011 827.25
    16 Oct 2010 AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS JUL-SEP2010 000000000000 16 Oct 2010 827.25


    Please let me know the possible way out for the reversal of the charges from my saving's bank account. Once the charges are reversed, I am planning to deposit money in my account so that it meets the minimum requirement.
    No proir notice was given from HDFC bank regarding the charges.

    I want the charges to be reversed, else I will escalate the matter to the ombuds person.

    Once the amount is debited by HDFC Bank they will not return OR reverse AQB charges.

    Better to go with IDBI for zero balance saving account

    Dear customer,

    With effect from April 1, 2010, the minimum balance requirement for savings accounts in urban areas was revised to Rs 10,000 (Rs. 5,000 in semi-urban areas). Any customer failing to maintain this balance is liable to pay the AQB charges. To know more about the charges applicable to your account, please visit:
